Julie and Lydia really want to be popular before they head to the middle school next year. So, they set out to explore and record the actions of the popular people in order to imitate them. This is a hilarious book full of ups and downs for the girls and even a strain in their friendship. One this that makes the book so fun is the "handwritten" pages and the illustrations making it appear like a real journal.. I predict that this book will be checked out often.
