Artemis Fowl: The Atlantis Complex by Eoin Colfer

I am a big fan of Artemis Fowl.  I can't believe it took me so long to grab this and read it.  In this outing Artemis wants to save the world but his efforts are hampered by an escaped convict, a hijacked space probe, and the Atlantis Complex which is a psychological condition brought on by feelings of guilt.  One of the aspects of the Atlantis Complex is a split personality and Artemis' alter ego is the hilarious Orion.  I don't often laugh out loud while reading but there were several times I was chuckling.  A good installment in the Artemis Fowl series.  My only complaint was that the ending seemed rather rushed and after all the build-up with the villain he seemed to go down way to easily.  I doubt we have heard the last of that villain or Artemis.
