This is another case of a book that wasn't what I was expecting. Amanda and Leo have spent every birthday together since the day they were born minutes apart. But, on their tenth birthday Amanda overheard Leo say something and they haven't talked since. Now, a year later, they both find themselves stuck on their eleventh birthday and they need to figure out how to get out of the endless loop. What starts out as an interesting realistic fiction soon turns into an engaging fantasy which reminded me of Groundhog Day.
