Willy and Max were both young boys when they met in Antwerp right before World War II. They became great friends even though Max was Jewish. When Max and his father had to escape and hide from the Germans, Willy and his family helped them out and hid a famous painting of theirs. It was more than 6o years later before Willy found out what happened to Max and the panting. You'll have to read it to find out.
