Authors amaze me. I have been more fascinated with J.K Rowling after watching the last Harry Potter movie and reflecting on the amazing series of books that she wrote. To come up with a new world and characters and to have planned out an entire series of 7 books. When you look at a character like Severus Snape who developed and had so many surprises and think that she had it all planned out back in book 1. Amazing!! This book is a biography of her life. It was written in 2002 so it only goes as far as telling when the movie for Chamber of Secrets would be released and when Order of the Phoenix would be published. Maybe it is time for this librarian to get an updated biography. Still, the basic information up to that point is accurate.
